The staff was outstandingly accommodating and excellent. The hotel was next to train station and subway, huge integrated malls, F & B and Kansai limousine shuttle terminals and the metro and Osaka station. We appreciated the Western cuisine in the restaurant.

The staff at the hotel were nice. The location was great and incredible, close to restaurants and the main train station. The hotel room was well cleaned and had a huge television. Walking distance to Tsuyu no Tenjinja Shrine.

The marvellous and fantastic location for the price, close to the Osaka Airport Limo bus station, the subway and osaka station, and the main metro, JR lines, and the Osaka Airport Limo bus station. Also, unable to call or help us with booking a taxi.
